    Hi, nice to meet you! I’m Latangela Scott, the proud owner of Tipsy Tangie’s Mobile Bartending Service.


    My journey into bartending began in 2015, where I discovered a passion for crafting unique cocktails and delivering unforgettable experiences for every guest I serve. Over the years, I’ve refined my skills while working in banquet halls, fine dining establishments, and private events, each experience strengthening my love for the craft.


    That passion inspired me to launch Tipsy Tangie’s, a luxury mobile bartending service dedicated to bringing sophistication, creativity, and fun to every occasion. My mission is simple: to provide exceptional service, delicious cocktails, and experiences that make your event truly special.

    Open Bar Wedding Experience

    Open Bar Package

    A full-service, upscale open bar experience designed for weddings and formal celebrations. This package includes professional bartenders, premium liquor, beer, wine, and all essential bar supplies. From setup to breakdown, we handle every detail so you can relax and enjoy your special day.

    Starting at $1000 + $30 per guest

    Includes:

    • Up to 5 hours of professional bartending service

    • Liquor, beer & wine 

    • Ice for service & chilling

    • Curated mixers & classic garnishes

    • Disposable cups, straws & napkins

    • Full setup & breakdown

    Beer & Wine Package

    A refined beer and wine bar experience designed for weddings and elegant celebrations. This package offers professional bartending service, curated beer and wine selections, and all essential bar supplies for a seamless, stress-free experience.

    The Tipsy Bar Experience

    Starting at $500

    Our signature package designed for hosts who want a polished, full-service bar setup without the hassle.


    Includes:

    • Up to 4 hours of bartending service
    • Client-provided alcohol
    • Portable bar setup
    • Disposable cups, straws & napkins 
    • Basic garnishes
    • Basic mixers ( sour mix, simple syrup, lemon & lime juice, cranberry, orange, pineapple, sodas)
    • Full setup & breakdown
    • Licensed & insured ($1M/$2M)
    • RBS-certified bartenders


    Guest Count & Pricing:

    • Includes up to 50 guests

    • $5 per additional guest beyond 50 


    Additional time per hour

    Extended service time beyond the originally scheduled event hours.


    • $75 per hour – Weddings & Venue Events
      (Certificate of Insurance required by venue)
    • $50 per hour – Private Events
      (No venue insurance required)

    Pricing applies to extended event time only.

    Holiday and peak-season pricing may vary.

    Additional Bartender

    $250 per additional bartender


    An additional professional bartender added to support larger guest counts or high-volume service. This fee applies to staffing an extra bartender for the full scheduled event time and is separate from hourly extended service time.


    All additional bartenders are licensed, insured, and RBS-certified. Additional bartenders are required for larger events and are determined based on guest count and service needs.

    Signature Cocktails

    $7 per person

    Choose up to two custom-crafted signature cocktails designed to match your event’s theme or style. Includes custom recipe creation, mixers, standard garnishes, and a custom cocktail menu, professionally prepared and served by our certified bartenders. Selecting one signature cocktail does not change the price. Alcohol not included; may be paired with our Open Bar package.


    Premium Garnish Upgrade

    $2-3 per person

    Enhance your signature cocktails with premium garnishes, including dehydrated citrus, edible flowers, Tajín rims, pineapple leaves, and specialty toppers. Garnish selections are customized based on cocktail choices and event style.

    Available as an add-on to Signature Cocktails or full-service bar packages.

    Hydration Station

    Classic Hydration Station – $2 per person

    Unlimited water with ice, fresh citrus, disposable cups, and a covered display table.


    Signature Hydration Station – $5 per person

    Unlimited water, lemonade, and iced tea with ice, fresh citrus, disposable cups, and a covered display table.


    Ideal for outdoor events, warm-weather celebrations, and elevated non-alcoholic options.

    Bartender-Only Service

    Private Event Bartending

    Professional bartending service for private events where alcohol is client-provided. Includes full setup & breakdown. This option is ideal for hosts who already have their bar supplies & need a bartender.


    Pricing

    $50/hr (up to 50 guests)
    $65/hr ( 51-100 guests)


    Service Time

    A 1-hour setup + 1-hour breakdown are required & billed in addition to service time.

    Examples:

    • 4 service hours (up to 50 guests) 6 hours x $50 = $300
    • 4 service hours (51-100 guests) 6 hours x $65 = $390

    Portable bar setup $50

    Wedding & Venue Bartending

    $75 per hour per bartender

    Professional bartending service for weddings and venue-hosted events requiring a higher level of service and, when applicable, proof of liability insurance. Includes licensed and insured, RBS-certified bartenders, venue compliance, and COI coordination if required. Alcohol is client-provided. Includes service setup and breakdown.


    Portable bar setup is available for an additional $100 when a bar is required.

    Minimum Booking & Travel Policy

    A $300 minimum booking applies to all events and includes professional bartending service, preparation, and full setup and breakdown.


    Events located outside of our immediate service area may be subject to additional travel fees or a higher minimum booking, depending on distance. Events booked at the $300 minimum may still incur a travel fee when located outside our immediate service area.


    Travel fees are calculated based on distance and confirmed during consultation.

    All pricing is subject to guest count, event duration, and location. Alcohol is not included unless specified. Additional fees may apply for extended service time, holidays, peak seasons, or specialty requests. Final pricing will be confirmed upon consultation.

    Yes, with our Open Bar package. For Beer & Wine or client-provided options, alcohol may be supplied by the client depending on the package selected.

    Yes. We are fully licensed and insured with $1,000,000 per occurrence/ $2,000,000 and all bartenders are RBS certified.

    Staffing is based on guest count and service style. Events with over 100 guests typically require additional bartenders at $250 per bartender to ensure efficient and timely service.

    Yes. All packages include full setup and breakdown, including portable bar setup and cleanup.

    A deposit is required to secure your date. Client-provided packages require a 30% deposit, while Open Bar and Beer & Wine packages require a 50% deposit. Deposits are non-refundable but transferable for up to one year for a one-time reschedule.

    Gratuity is not included. If a tip jar is not permitted, a 20% service fee will be added.

    Yes. Signature cocktails are available as an add-on for $7 per person and include up to two custom-crafted cocktails, mixers, standard garnishes, and a custom cocktail menu. Alcohol is not included but may be paired with one of our Open Bar packages. Premium garnishes are available as an optional upgrade. Selecting one signature cocktail does not change the price. Pricing may vary based on guest count and selections.

    Tipsy Tangie’s proudly serves Tampa and surrounding areas, including St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Largo, Lakeland, and Bradenton. Events outside of these locations may be accommodated for an additional travel fee based on distance.

    Yes. For client-provided bar service, we provide a customized alcohol and supply shopping list based on your guest count, event length, and menu selections. This ensures accurate quantities and helps avoid over- or under-purchasing.

    Yes. Peak season (typically March-May ) and October-December) and major holidays may require a higher minimum or adjusted pricing . Final pricing is confirmed based on date, guest count and service needs.
